I can see why you would choose dependable. It would have worked out perfectly if the line 'but Anna is rude to customers' wasn't included. Since it is included, courteous should be the best answer that makes sense on all territories.

One pro about reading fiction books is that in some books it can expand you imagination to think things you never thought or if your going through a rough time it can help you be distracted and put you in a good mood. However the cons on fictional books is that nothing in it is informational or in most cases is real, so for some kids this can infect there brains to thinking that they can do or that they believe in certain things that are not in reality.
