In the 'Pandora's box', Haphaestus asks the goddesses to give Pandora a gift or a power. In other words he told them to give Pandora some of their powers.
They would have a ligature around their legs. One person would put their left leg next to the other person’s right leg and wrap the ligature around the legs to keep them together and act as one leg.
