This passage is taken from the Declaration of Independence of United State of America in 1776.

Summary: According to this passage, all men are created equal by their creator and they are given some rights those cannot be transferred or taken away from them. Some of these rights are, right to life, liberty, and to pursue happiness. To secure these rights, Government is instituted and the men derive their powers from the consent of the government. Whenever any form of Government becomes destructive of these rights, misuse its powers then it is the right of the people to abolish the existing Government and form a new one that will be most suitable for their interests.

At last, the Declaration of Independence built on the ideas of enlightenment has served as inspiration for many people and nations.
