Some of these rights are, right to life, liberty, and to pursue happiness. To secure these rights, Government is instituted and the men derive their powers from the consent of the government. Whenever any form of Government becomes destructive of these rights, misuse its powers then it is the right of the people to abolish the existing Government and form a new one that will be most suitable for their interests.
