A) There are four cards of striped pattern, hence
    $P(striped)= \frac{4}{12}= \frac{1}{3}$
b) There are twelve cards that have even numbers, hence
    $P(Even)= \frac{6}{12}= \frac{1}{2}$
c) There are eight cards that aren't in polka dot pattern, hence
    $P(Non-polka dot)= \frac{8}{12}= \frac{4}{6}= \frac{2}{3}$
d) All cards have either the number 1, 2, 3 or 4 on them, hence 
    $P(1,2,3, or 4)= \frac{12}{12}=1$
e) There are a total of eight cards that are solid grey or striped, hence
    $P(solid-grey or striped)= \frac{8}{12}= \frac{2}{3}$
