A prism is completely filled with 2304 cubes that have edge length of 14 cm

All we have to do is find out the volume of all the cubes to get the volume of the prism.

So since cubes are just 3D squares all of their sides are the same.

So for one cube, determining the volume is just 14^3 (length * height * width), which is 2744.

Now we just multiply 2744 by 2304 and we get: 6322176.

And so the answer is 6322176 cm^3.

This can be shown with this equation:
2304 * (14)^3=x

Where x is 6322176.

I hope this helps! (Also if you could give brainliest, I would really appreciate it!)

Nick is saving money to buy a new skateboard and gear, and he needs to save more than $190.44 in order to have enough. Nick has
kondor19780726 [428]

Answer:

D

Step-by-step explanation:

Take the total amount needed and subtract the amount they have

190.44 -34.20

156.24

Divide by the number of weeks they are saving

156.24/8

19.53

They need to save more than this amount because they need to save more than 190.44.

There is an open circle at 19.53 and a line going to the right

The science club sponsors and ordering In church for the boys and girls in science called their forty-five sure science club num
Oliga [24]

Answer:

The Science club would required 15 packs of caps and 9 packs of shirts to fulfill the needs of each member.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given:

Number of caps in each pack = 3

Number of Shirts in each pack = 5

Total members of club = 45

Number of caps needed = 45

Number of shirts needed = 45

we have to find the least number of packs of caps and shirts that they need to buy in order to fulfill the needs of each member.

Solution:

Now we can say that;

number of packs of caps required can be calculated by Number of caps needed divided by Number of caps in each pack.

framing in equation form we get;

number of packs of caps required = \frac{45}{3} = 15\ packs

Also We can say that;

number of packs of Shirts required can be calculated by Number of Shirts needed divided by Number of Shirts in each pack.

framing in equation form we get;

number of packs of Shirts required = \frac{45}5} = 9\ packs

Hence The Science club would required 15 packs of caps and 9 packs of shirts to fulfill the needs of each member.

What equation can be used to create the sequence -3, 2, 7, 12,
disa [49]

Answer:

y=x+5

Step-by-step explanation:

You can tell by looking at the sequence that each number is five more than the previous. With that in mind, you know that, to find the next number in the sequence, you have to add five to the one before it.

Making x the previous number and y the next number in the sequence, you get the equation y=x+5

You can plug pairs from the sequence to check:

2= -3+5

2=2

------------

7= 2+5

7=7

------------

12= 7+5

12=12

Andrew is building a ramp for a snowboarding competition. The rules of the competition say that the height of the ramp must be 8
lara31 [8.8K]

Answer:

The length of the third piece of the ramp is;

D. 9.24 feet

Step-by-step explanation:

The given parameters are;

The height of the ramp = 8 feet

The angle between the piece that forms height and the base = 90°

The angle formed by the third piece connecting the height of the ramp to the furthest point and the 8 foot piece = 30°

Let 'y' represent the 8-foot piece forming the height, and let 'r' represent the third piece, by trigonometric ratio, we have;

cos(30^{\circ}) = \dfrac{y}{r}

Therefore, we get;

cos(30^{\circ}) = \dfrac{8}{r}

r = \dfrac{8 \ feet}{cos(30^{\circ})} = \dfrac{8 \ feet}{\dfrac{\sqrt{3} }{2}  }  = \dfrac{16 \cdot \sqrt{3} \ feet}{3}  \approx 9.24 \ feet

The length of the third piece, r ≈ 9.24 feet
