The Arab Spring refer to massive Demonstration as a form of protest to the Government. As a result of this movement, Tunisia declared a state emergency to reshuffle the cabinet. As a result, a new constitution was elected on January 26th 2014 , which seen as promoting Human Rights and Gender Equality in Tunisia
