Greek, Russian, Byzantine, Eastern Orthodox and some Ottoman culture had the main influences on the region in Eastern Europe. Eastern Europe is the eastern part of the continent of Europe. There is no universal list of countries and territories involved due to lack of consensus on its borders. It often includes countries in Europe that were either part of or under the influence of the former Soviet Union.

These include Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Poland, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, and Moldova. Some sources include the fragmentation of Albania and the former Yugoslavia - Serbia, Macedonia, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia. In almost all definitions the Ural ranges, the Ural River and the Caucus region are considered the easternmost limits of Eastern Europe.

how did support for the suffolk resolves by the continental congress push the colonies close to war ?
Juli2301 [7.4K]
The Suffolk Resolves was a declaration that was made on 9 September 1774. The leaders of the Suffolk County Massachusetts were unhappy with the Massachusetts Government act and decided to boycott all imported goods from Britain. These Resolves are seen as a major development in the American settlers unhappiness to colonial rule. This unhappiness ultimately resulted in the development and adoption of the Declaration of Independence. The Declaration Of Independence stated that the thirteen states making up the USA considered themselves independent of Great Britain and were at war with Great Britain.
