The Confederal Government is the system of government created by the Articles of Confederation and is the system used by Switzerland. This system causes a series of troubles because the lack of central authority causes inefficiency and conflict.
Due to the fact the war was fought on the colonist's land, they knew the land better than the British and could play defensive. The colonists also used guerilla warfare a lot, securing a definite American victory.
