Find the percent of change from 95 pounds to 75 pounds. Round to the nearest tenth of a percent if necessary.
mel-nik [20]

Your percentage of change would have to be about 21.05, but the full answer is 21.05263. Since we are going to need to round to the nearest percent, you would have 22% decrease. The difference in the change is -20.

marshall27 [118]

A) 0.15 times $2,570 = $412.50

B) $122.85 times 2( 12 ) = $2,948.40

C) $2,570

D) All together it's  $2,948.40 + $2,570 = $5,518.40

For D I didn't add the down payment because it's not an additional charge.

I only did the first one because I don't know if you want me to finish the rest.

Hope I helped :)

On a bicycle, Esmeralda rides for 2 hours and is 12 miles from her house. After riding for 9 hours, she is 47 miles away.
In-s [12.5K]

For this case what we must do is find the speed of Esmeralda.

For this, we look for the rate of  change of the function

We have then:

AVR=\frac{y2-y1}{x2-x1}

Substituting values:

AVR=\frac{47-12}{9-2}

Rewriting:

AVR=\frac{35}{7}

AVR = 5

Answer:

Esmeralda's average rate during her trip is 5 miles per hour.
