Part Ato simplify, combine the like terms
so x^3 * x^6 = x^18 ( multiply 6 x 3)
then you can divide that by X^2 ( 18/2 =9
so you now have x^9 and since the y^2 is the only y in the equation that remains the same
so you end up with x^9 + y^2
