Midpoint : (x1 + x2) / 2, (y1 + y2)/2
(-17,-7)....x1 = -17 and y1 = -7
(x,y)....x2 = x and y2 = y
sub
m = (-17 + x)/2 , (-7 + y)/2

(-17 + x) / 2 = - 9
-17 + x = -9 * 2
-17 + x = -18
x = -18 + 17
x = -1

(-7 + y)/2 = -1
-7 + y = -1 * 2
-7 + y = -2
y = -2 + 7
y = 5

so ur other endpoint is (-1,5) <==

Step-by-step explanation:

The standard form of a circle's equation is (x-h)² + (y-k)² = r² where (h,k) is the center and r is the radius. To convert an equation to standard form, you can always complete the square separately in x and y.
