While setting the tube the one with the higher amount of amylase will have the starch molecule digestion more quickly than other, provided that the starch level to be digested  is same in all tubes.

  • The more concentration of amylase, quicker is the reaction that digests the starch.
  • As amylase is the enzyme that helps in the digestion of starch by the chemical processing, so the tube with higher level of amylase has the quicker processing of starch.
