The New Jersey Colony was founded by Sir George Carteret and Lord Berkeley in 1664. The New Jersey Colony was originally named the Province of New Jersey, after the British island named Jersey. Prior to 1664 when it was surrendered to the English, the New Jersey Colony region had been ruled by Swedish and Dutch.

Talja [164]

Alberto won't work overtime in the hope of getting a raise or promotion. He's more concerned about spending time at home with his family. Alberto is likely from a nurturing culture.

What is the Nurturing Culture?

This type of culture is reflected in people who are focused on protection and growth, both personally and that of their family and those close to them.

In Alberto's case, he is a person much more focused on her family, protecting her and satisfying her emotional needs, instead of proposing a high goal at the work level, while neglecting his family.
