I would choose foreshadowing because theme is the life lesson and personification is giving human characteristics to non human things.

well the answer is fore shadowing but im going to give you some examples to each answer.

Personification: is a figure of a speech in which a thing an idea or a animal is given human attributes. The non-human objects are portrayed in such a way that we feel they have the ability to act like human beings.

Theme: is a common thread or a main idea that is repeated throughout  literary work. The theme of a novel or story is the major message that organizes the entire work. The theme may be expressed overtly, but more often it must be uncovered by reading deeply through the work and analyzing the story's plot, characters and use of literary devices.

Foreshadowing:  is a literary device used to give a slight preview to something else that will happen later in a work. here is a example:if a author mentions a gun on a table then someone will invariably get shot before the story is over.

I hope these help you out. :)

You need another comma after the word "think" because it's a parenthetical expression and is set off from the sentence.

Many people question how “true” Romeo’s love for Juliet really is because of his infatuation with Rosaline at the start of the p
Karo-lina-s [1.5K]

Answer:

This question obviously asks for a student opinion, but there is evidence to support both sides of the argument. In Act 2, Friar Laurence states his opinion that Romeo does indeed fall in love too quickly. Romeo is arguably in love with being in love more than he is in love with any particular woman. The speed with which his affections shift from Rosaline to Juliet – all before he ever exchanges a word with the latter – suggests that Romeo's feelings of 'love' are closer to lust than commitment. This interpretation is supported by the numerous sexual references in the play, which are even interwoven with religious imagery in Romeo and Juliet's first conversation. However, it also possible to argue that Romeo's lust does not invalidate the purity of his love. Romeo and Juliet celebrates young, passionate love, which includes physical lust. Furthermore, whereas Romeo was content to pine for Rosaline from afar, his love for Juliet forces him to spring into action. He is melancholy over Rosaline, but he is willing to die for Juliet. Therefore, a possible reading is that Romeo and Juliet's relationship might have been sparked by physical attraction, but it grew into a deep, spiritual connection.

Hope this helps!

Please write a book summary
gladu [14]

Answer:

Les Misérables by Victor Hugo

Explanation:

So this one is fairly different from the other one, it's a book that was originally written in French. It's about a man named Jean who goes to jail for a long time for stealing bread. He later gets out years later, and struggles finding shelter and a job because he used to be in jail. Anyways, he meets a guy who offers him shelter, and Jean later steals his silver to sell it, the man finds out but kind of allows him because he knows he's suffering.

This is all I know so far because I'm not done reading it, (it's a very big book) but I like it so far.

Also the book was written in 1845, it's old, but interesting. :D
