Sorry, can't just write a 1,000 word report for you. But here's some basic things: Since young citizens can't really vote, they can still be well informed about people like local legislators, or more politicians. They can also find a topic that they care about, or try discussing politics with parents while encouraging them to support their areas of interest; their parents can vote. Hope this helps, I guess?
