The rest of the declaration enumerates all the rights one can think of. On the other hand, the classical teachings on the rights of humanity is very different from what we have now. From the example Mosaic law "an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth", this principle means if you kill somebody, you too must be killed. If viewed today, this is not acceptable in the norms of the society.
