It is igneous rock. When magma cools, it solidifies into a rock called an igneous rock. They are formed when the hot, molten rock rises to the surface, it undergoes changes in temperature and pressure that causes it to cool, solidify and crystalize. Hope this helped you :)!

On a map with a scale of 1:126,720, a measured distance of 1 inch represents what distance in feet?
GrogVix [38]
126,720 feet.
Why?: For each inch on a map, it’s equal to 126,720 feet in reality. All maps are not drawn to scale, so we make them smaller and add a scale to ressemble what distances are necessary.

Hope this helps.

What motivates civilizations to take risks by exploring and colonizing new territories? Describe two motivations for colonizatio
expeople1 [14]

Answer:

Usually famine causes angst between the weakened civilation so the owners of said territories usually hunt for more fertile land so they can sustain their growing population without having being thrown out of power and slain, its often better to satisfy the people who you govern rather than to exterminate to govern the population steadily.

and to own more land is more money and more power for such rulers, if they own more land they can tax more people, and if they own fertile land they can grow crops to sustain themselves, and the people they govern, satisfying the ruler AND the people.
