To add a new column to a table, you should click an Insert Control button. Afterward, column or row will be inserted at your chosen location.

3. The ways to draw a table can be seen below:

b. Click Draw Table.

c. Drag the pencil obliquely across the page to create a rectangle where it should be placed on the table.

d. Draw lines horizontally and vertically to make the rows and columns needed.

4. The ways to modify table can be seen below:

a. Choose the table or part of it.

b. Right-click the mouse. Select Table Properties. You may choose Table Properties from the Tables menu from the menu bar.

c. Modify the alignment, then the row and column settings. You may use the text wrapping feature. Select OK to make the desired changes.

5. The ways to adjust the table's colors and lines can be seen below:

a. Choose the Table tab.

b. Select Table Properties.

c. Choose on the Borders and Shading buttons. Create the desired choices and click OK, then choose OK again.
