Total length of ribbon Leah had = 15 meters

First she cuts a piece of length = 3\frac{4}{9}=\frac{31}{9} meters

Again she cuts a piece of length = 6\frac{5}{9}= \frac{59}{9} meters

So, the length of ribbon left is = 15-(\frac{31}{9}+ \frac{59}{9})

= 15-(\frac{90}{9})
