Hello!
Your questions are quite simple:

A.
Area for rectangle [formula]: A=wl
So your answer is 3×(2x+5)

Explanation:
Since you only have a minimum amount of a number and variable all you have to do is multiply them both in order to get the area, however here we are only asked for an expression so basically, we are leaving out the answer and writing down the multiplication.

B.
3×(2×2+5) = 27

Explanation:
I think the first explanation is very similar to this one, so I think you'll understand it.

Hope this helped!

Camille simplified an expression as shown. discuss why this method is justified. <img src="https://tex.z-dn.net/?f=%20%5Cfrac%7B
Burka [1]
We know that
\frac{ab}{cd} = \frac{a}{c} \times  \frac{b}{d}

Therefore
\frac{6\times10^{5}}{3\times10^{2}} = \frac{6}{3} \times  \frac{10^{5}}{10^{2}} =2 \times 10^{5-2} = 2 \times 10^{3} = 2000

This verifies that Camile's method is justified.

Finding the missing angles 35° and 145°
padilas [110]

Answer:

<h2>145°</h2>

Step-by-step explanation:

There are two ways to find the value of X

x + 35 = 180 ( sum of co-interior angles)

Move constant to R.H.S and change its sign

x = 180 - 35

Calculate the difference

x = 145°

You can use another way too.

x = 145° ( being vertically opposite angles)

Vertically opposite angles are always equal.

Hope this helps...

Best regards!!
