Tamiku [17]
D. Combination of exercises which the client can enjoy and likes.

For most people, exercise is a taxing. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes the kind of exercise to be done makes it even harder to do. That’s why it is very important for a workout to be a combination of exercises that a person likes or enjoys. This may involve plenty of trial and error. However, most people already have a hobby or a certain activity that they like to do. To make an exercise or workout effective, it would be best to tap into their interests.
