The  sports that are mentioned as options all of them affects health-related and skill related fitness, because all of them contains a lot of cardio,  building, and at the same time improves other related health fitness like muscle building.  

However, Skill-related fitness includes six things (hand to eye coordination , reaction time , agility,  balance,  power,  speed. And all these sports effect these components too.
