Well, there is nothing given to list, but I kinda know because I actually liked biology class.

Advantages include:
Variation in offspring - this is really important to the survival of a species. Variety in DNA allows an offspring child thing being to be able to adapt to new environments and immune system attack and evolve gaining better and better traits for survival.
It also increases the chance of at least some offspring.

Adjacent plant cells have narrow channels called plasmodesmata that pass through the cell walls of the connected cells and allow
Zepler [3.9K]
<h2>Functions of plasmodesmata</h2>

Explanation:

  • They allow the movement of cells to cells for cytoplasmic connection between different cells
  • Plant cells, encompassed as they are by cell dividers, don't get in touch with each other through wide stretches of plasma film the manner in which creature cells can. Be that as it may, they do have particular intersections called plasmodesmata (solitary, plasmodesma), places where a gap is punched in the phone divider to permit direct cytoplasmic trade between two cells.
  • Plasmodesmata are fixed with plasma film that is consistent with the layers of the two cells. Each plasmodesma has a string of cytoplasm stretching out through it, containing a much more slender string of endoplasmic reticulum.
  • Particles beneath a specific size (the size rejection limit) move unreservedly through the plasmodesmal channel by latent dissemination. The size avoidance limit changes among plants, and even among cell types inside a plant. Plasmodesmata may specifically enlarge (extend) to permit the section of certain huge atoms, for example, proteins, in spite of the fact that this procedure is inadequately comprehended.

Starting on bare rock what is the usual ecological succession of organisms
aleksandrvk [35]

Complete question:

Starting on bare rock, what is the usual ecological succession of organisms?

a)shrubs--grasses--lichens--trees

b)lichens--shrubs--grasses--trees

c)grasses--shrubs--lichens--trees

d)liches--grasses--shrubs--trees

Answer:

d)liches--grasses--shrubs--trees

Explanation:

The succession is the colonization of an open area and includes all the changes the area suffers since then. It is a sequence of events that involves the establishment of different species through time.

There are two types of succession, primary and secondary, depending on the magnitude of the alteration.

<u>Primary succession </u>refers to an open space with no living organisms, such as a bare rock exposed due to a retreating glacier, a volcanic activity, or an intense fire. If previous species were inhabiting this area, after the event, nothing is left.

In those cases where there is an alteration or disturbance at a site that opens the area, it allows new species to grow. With time, new species arrive and manage to establish again. The order of the establishment depends on the strategies of each of the species to survive.

First, pioneer species arrive. These are the first inhabitants, mostly <u>lichens or moses with the capability of surviving</u> in such an environment. Only a few pioneers can establish in the open space. Pioneers modify the habitat. They make it more suitable for the establishment of later species, converting rock into fertile soil. As conditions get better, new species arrive <u>like grasses.</u> Grasses and pioneers keep modifying the soil,  making it better with time. New species arrive, like small species, bushes and shrubs. Habitat modification keeps on going while new species establish (trees, pines, among other big species). They produce shadows, alter the temperature, and humidity, fertilizing the soil, competing for resources. Competition becomes more frequent between species. The first species are eventually eliminated by competition, but new species keep appearing and competing for resources. This sequence continues until the commuting reaches a climax, becoming stable and lasting for hundreds of years until another disturbance occurs.

When a muscle is unable to respond to stimuli temporarily, it is in which of the following periods?A) latent periodB) fatigue pe
loris [4]

Answer:

D) refractory period

Explanation:

Electrical Muscle Stimulation is caused by the electrical impulses from brain that allows muscles to contract. A neurotransmitter junction between cells and neuron is presnet which cause action potential for muscle conraction.

The refractory period is the time when the cell is repolarizing. During refractory period cells re nable to repat its action and takes time to prepare the membrane for next stimulation. An action potential can't be transmitted until there is a potential across the membrane again.

Hence, refractory period is the time during which muscle is unable to respond to the stimuli.

Take your time to review the pic provided Then answer,Is my response accurate? The subject is Kudzu and the questions are at the
Ahat [919]

Over all, it is a pretty good answer and very complete. I wouldn't say Kudzu "climbs", I suggest just to say it grows up on other plants and trees affecting them negatively by suffocating them.

Maybe you could explain a little bit more about the characteristics of the plant.

It is excellent how you say it is an agressive and competitor but I wouldn't compare it with a predator, maybe more with a parasite.
