Well, this can be interpreted as 1/10 ÷ 6/19
  Whenever you are dividing fractions, you have to change the division sign to a multiplication sign and turn the fraction on the right upside down. By this, i mean;
1/10 × 19/6
  That will be;
1x19/10x6
19/60. So your answer is 19/60. And it is already in it's simplest form because nothing else can divide the two numbers. Hope i helped. Have a nice day. If you have any more problems on this, let me know and i will be glad to help.

Is the LCM of a pair of numbers ever equal to one of the numbers?
den301095 [7]

Yes.

For example, the LCM of 12 and 36 is 36, because factoring these numbers gives

12 = 2^2 * 3

36 = 2^2 * 3^2

So, to match them, just multiply the twelve by 3, then they're both 36.

What is the probability that the sun will rise tommorow?
zvonat [6]

Answer:

100 percent the sun will rise tomorrow but who is to say you will get to see the sun tomorrow? who is to say you won't have a heart attack and die on this material planet tomorrow and won't get to see the sun rise. or what if the sun sends out a solar flare and burns everyone to a crisp and completely demolishes our ozone layer allowing oxygen to excrete from the planet and cooking everyone with solar radiation all at the same time catastrophic winds and earthquakes demolish the planet because of loss of pressure from the gravity field held in check by the oxygen that has left the planet from a destroyed ozone layer leaving everyone to suffocate and die and excruciating death therefore yes the sun will rise tomorrow but certain events are to unfold we could never prognosticate

Bas_tet [7]

Answer:

1470 inches cubed

Step-by-step explanation:

Vol=length × width × height

But ALSO,

length × width = Area,

So we find another Volume equation,

Vol = BaseArea × height

This is the information you are given in the question.

Vol = 210 × 7

Vol = 1470 inches cubed

For a group of 100 people, compute(a) the expected number of days of the year that are birthdays of exactly 3 people.(b) the exp
Scilla [17]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Leaving leap years, a year contains 365 days.

For a group of 100 people, each person is independent of the other and probability of any day being his birthday has a chance of

\frac{1}{365}

a) Probability that  exactly 3 people have same birthday = \frac{1}{365^3}

Each day is independent of the other

And hence no of days having exactly 3 persons birthday out of 100 persons is binomial with n = 365 and p = \frac{1}{365^3}

Expected value of days = np = \frac{1}{365^2}

b) Distinct birthdays is binomail with p =1/365 and n = 365

Hence

expected value = np =1
