if you have a headache try being in a quite room and relaxing. if irs due to stress and everything going on then try to calm yourself down. lay down a bit and take deep breaths.

if your head hurts I would say to lay down. it'll allow the blood flow to move more easily and mor eblood will be able to access the head.

if it becomes so much so that nothing you do works and it hurts badly when touched or just on its own then try to go to a doctor
