vovikov84 [41]
Well three seats in the right with 24 seats means there is 8 rows. I assume the same for the left. So 2x8=16. Sixteen Seats on the left. This is my theory. Though options would be nice.

Given P(A)=0.78P(A)=0.78, P(B)=0.65P(B)=0.65 and P(A\cup B)=0.873P(A∪B)=0.873, find the value of P(A\cap B)P(A∩B), rounding to t
Sever21 [200]

Answer:

P(A\ n\ B) = 0.557

Step-by-step explanation:

Given

P(A) = 0.78

P(B) = 0.65

P(A\ u\ B) = 0.873

Required

Determine P(A\ n\ B)

From laws of probability, we have:

P(A\ n\ B) = P(A) + P(B) - P(A\ u\ B)

Substitute in values

P(A\ n\ B) = 0.78 + 0.65 - 0.873

P(A\ n\ B) = 0.557

Hence, P(A\ n\ B)<em> is calculated to be 0.557</em>

What is the slope of the line that contains the point (13,-2) and (3,-2)
ra1l [238]

The slope of the line that contains the point (13,-2) and (3,-2) is 0

<em><u>Solution:</u></em>

Given that we have to find the slope of the line

The line contains the point (13,-2) and (3,-2)

<em><u>The slope of line is given as:</u></em>

m = \frac{y_2-y_1}{x_2-x_1}

Where, "m" is the slope of line

Here given points are (13,-2) and (3,-2)

(x_1, y_1) = (13, -2)\\\\(x_2, y_2) = (3, -2)

<em><u>Substituting the values in formula, we get,</u></em>

m = \frac{-2-(-2)}{3-13}\\\\m = \frac{-2+2}{3-13}\\\\m = 0

Thus the slope of line is 0
