Plants require nitrogen and phosphorus but cannot efficiently absorb these nutrients from the soil. instead, they obtain the nut

rients through fungi that live in their roots. in return, the fungi have access to carbohydrates manufactured by the plants. without the fungi, plants would not be healthy and abundant, and the food supply of all of the organisms in the ecosystem would be in danger. this is an example of how _______ relationships maintain balance within an ecosystem.

A vitamin is an organic molecule that is an important micronutrient that an organism requires in limited amounts for the proper functioning of its metabolism (or a chemically closely connected group of molecules, i.e. vitamins). In the body, basic nutrients can not be synthesized in adequate amounts, either at all or not, and must therefore be ingested via a diet.

Hence, the major limitations of the experiment are mentioned above.
