BAL is an acronym used to refer to blood alcohol level. Your blood alcohol level is directly related to your body fat rate. People with lower body fat rates tend to have a higher blood alcohol level and feel the effects of alcohol more strongly.

On average, women are smaller than men and have a higher percentage of body fat. Alcohol is not absorbed well by fatty tissue, so in women the blood alcohol concentration turns out to be higher with stronger effects. On the other hand, men are more likely to be larger and have less body fat, so the same amount of alcohol becomes more diluted.

For this reason, we can say that decreasing body fat percentage tends to increase the rate at which a person's BAL increases.

BAL is blood alcohol level. BAC will normally be higher in a person with more body fat. So the answer to your question would be, as body fat decreases, the increasing rate of BAL DECREASES.
