Answer:

Decreasing body fat percentage tends to increase the rate at which a person's BAL rises.

Explanation:

BAL is an acronym used to refer to blood alcohol level. Your blood alcohol level is directly related to your body fat rate. People with lower body fat rates tend to have a higher blood alcohol level and feel the effects of alcohol more strongly.

On average, women are smaller than men and have a higher percentage of body fat. Alcohol is not absorbed well by fatty tissue, so in women the blood alcohol concentration turns out to be higher with stronger effects. On the other hand, men are more likely to be larger and have less body fat, so the same amount of alcohol becomes more diluted.

For this reason, we can say that decreasing body fat percentage tends to increase the rate at which a person's BAL increases.

BAL is blood alcohol level. BAC will normally be higher in a person with more body fat. So the answer to your question would be, as body fat decreases, the increasing rate of BAL DECREASES.

What are the characteristics of a theme in literature? Select two options.
OverLord2011 [107]

Answer:

Theme is established through the conflicts and their resolution.

Theme is conveyed as a message about a topic related to the plot.

These two options are the best choices. A theme is the author's main idea or message that is created through the text. it often is connected to the plot because the struggles of the characters are often how the message is conveyed. For example, the movie Finding Nemo has themes about allowing your children to have some independence and also believing in yourself. Marlin has to learn to trust that Nemo can do things on his own and it's okay for him to explore. Nemo also has to learn to believe in himself, but also listen to his father in some situations.

WINSTONCH [101]
Macronutrients: a type of food (e.g. fat, protein, carbohydrate) required in large amounts in the diet.
There are three types of macronutrients. Carbohydrates, lipids, and proteins. This man mainly eats carbohydrates, which is problematic because while they are an amazing energy source, too much will continue to build up and be stored as fat without a proper exercise to get rid of the energy. One way to improve his diet would be to reduce his carbohydrates intake by half, and double his vegetable intake.
