The answer is g(-13) = 20.

g(-4) = - 11 cannnot be because the lower boundary of g(x) is  -5.

g(7) = - 1 cannot be because the the upper boundary of x is 5.

g(0) = 2 cannot be because g(0) = - 2 and g(0) cannot have two different images.

Therefore, the only feasible statement is g(-13) = 20.

The measures of two angles in a triangle are 32o and 78o. Which of the following equations could be used to find the measure of
Korvikt [17]

Answer:

32+78+x=180

Step-by-step explanation:

All triangle angles add up to 180, so add 78 and 32 then subtract it from 180 to get x, which in another form is 32+78+x=180.

Find the surface area of the composite figure.<br> SA = [ ? ] cm^2
slava [35]

Answer:

644

Step-by-step explanation:

SA=[2×(5×20 + 5×6 + 20×6)] +

[2×(4×12 + 4×6 + 12×6)] -

[ 2× 12×6]

= [2×(250)]+[2×(144)] - [144]

= 500+288-144

= 644 cm²

vitfil [10]
Let's first have a look at the admission fee, which is $6,- per person.
This makes a total of $12,-
(Since 6 x 2 = 12).

Next up, the ride at the carnival. This costs c dollars.
This makes a total of 14c
(Since they have made a total of 14 rides (7 each), and we multiply it by 'c')

Finally the game boots, which costs g dollars a game.
Denise and Stacey played a total of 5 games, hence the total cost of the boots will be 5g.

The total cost will therefore be: 14c + 5g + 12
This makes the fourth answer (in your question) the correct answer.

Given that z is a standard normal random variable, find z for each situation.
cestrela7 [59]
You have to use your standard normal table (or calculator) for these. The area under the curve should be 1, a z-value corresponds to the probability and is area to the left of that z.

a. A simple reverse lookup of 0.9750. z=1.96

b. Total area up to z would be 0.5+0.4750, so reverse look up 0.9750 and find z=1.96

c. A simple reverse lookup. z=0.61

d. Area to the left of z would b 1-0.1314, so lookup 0.8686 and find z=1.12

e. A simple reverse lookup. z=0.44

f. Just invert the area: 1-0.33 = 0.67 and reverse lookup: z=0.44
