I believe that the largest number that can be made using the scheme would be to simply turn it backwards, if thats not the case you can start with the 7 and add anything thats second biggest for the effect if it's going to be a 10's place number, such as 75, if your goal is bigger you can reach 75413

Do a proportion. so basically do 4 over 8 equals x over 100. then do 4 times 100 divided by 8 and that will give you ur answer. hope that helped!
