Yes, it will feel really tight, it doesnt neccesarily hurt it just feels a little sore, but it goes away after a day or two! You'll be ok(:

While the pulling causes your head to feel tense, the trauma to the gums leads to greater sensitivity to the mouth tissues. Chewing or biting down on hard or rough items can cause gum pain and bleeding, as the gums are already irritated.<span>
