What is the difference between crime and deviance?
Bogdan [553]
Crime

All modern societies are governed by the rule of law which means that there are written and codified rules and regulations that are to be followed by all the people of the society. These laws are made by the elected legislators in the assembly. After much deliberation and debate, the legislations are passed and become laws of the land. These laws have the backing of the coercive power of the police and the law courts. People violating these laws can be punished using this coercive power. Any action or behavior that violates these laws is considered as a crime punishable by a court of law.

antiseptic1488 [7]

Answer:

Give peace a chance.

Explanation:

Although this is a Plastic ono and John Lennon song I believe this song ecapsulates John and what John stood for perfectly. In this song John sings about giving peace a chance and to disregard all of the hate that was in the world, and still is. He directly mentions many things people dislike, hate, or look down upon. For example, he mentions bagism, which was partially invited by him, the term stands for satire of prejudice this was to give a term to not judge others by appearence.
