Answer:

3x+6=4x

Step-by-step explanation:

Given :Brad can make 4 key chains in an hour. Velma can make only 3 key chains in an hour, but she already has 6 completed key chains.

To Find:Explain to Brad how he can use a system of equations to determine when he will have the same number of key chains as Velma.

Solution:

Let x be the hours in which they have same no. of keychains

Since Velma makes 3 key chains in 1 hour

So, she makes key chain in x hours= 3x

She already ha completed 6 keychains

Total keychains she made = 3x+6

Since Brad makes 4 keychains in one hour.

He made keychains in x hours = 4x

Since in x hours they will have the same no. of keychains

⇒3x+6=4x

⇒6=4x-3x

⇒6=x

So, in 6 hours they will have the same number of keychains.

Thus 3x+6=4x is the equation s to determine when he will have the same number of key chains as Velma.

B=4t
V=3t+6
they have the same amount of key chains when they equal
4t=3t+6
t=6
it would take 6 hours

Find major of 1 in the diagram.
34kurt

Answer:

85° (C).

Step-by-step explanation:

35° should go over to the other side of the line:

180 - 35 = 145°

Find angle 1:

145 + 130 + angle 1 = 360°

360° = 275° + angle 1

angle 1 = 360 - 275

angle 1 = 85°

85° which is C is the answer.
