The tenth amendment is meant to emphasize the limited powers of the federal government.

The tenth amendment says this “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

Answer:

The tenth amendment to the constitution refer to A. Reserved powers.

Explanation:

First of all to understand this answer we need to analyze all of them.

b) The right of arms is incorrect. Because it is said in the second amendment.

c) Women's right to vote is incorrect because it is said in the nineteenth amendment.

d) prohibition is wrong because it is established in the first amendment.

d) freedom of speech is wrong because it is said in the first amendment as well.

After all our revision we understand that the first option is correct.

Answer:

it is basically an opinion answer. there is no wrong answer per se but Lincoln's plan was more moderate. His biggest desire was to re-unite the country, not to punish them. they probably would have been more ok with what the Radical Republicans wanted which was to punish the South.
