  1. If the Registrar is not satisfied with any particular or other information submitted under the provisions of the LLP Act.
  2.  If the name is identical with other partnership or business names.
  3. If it is undesirable
  4. If the name reserved under this section is identical to the name reserved, then the business name is the law or law of the company.
  5. Name of a kind held by the Minister by written notice not to accept the registration for registration.
