Assonance. is the answer because alliteration is using the same sound or constant in repetition and onomatopoeia is a sound being made, EX:"Splash!"

alliteration is multiple  Assonance is words starting with the same sound

assonance is Assonance is a resemblance in the sounds of words or syllables either between their vowels or between their consonants. such as penitence

onomatopoeia is when words sound like the thing that they mean, such as boom, ding, or beep, so crash would fall under onomatopoeia, as a wave crashing kind of sounds like someone saying CRASH
