Option 'A' is wrong because his's doesn't make any sense.
Option 'B' is wrong as well becuase 'it's' should be 'its'.
Option 'C' is also wrong because it should be 'hers'/
Option 'D' is correct because it uses the correct possessive personal pronouns.
