i just took the test and the answers are:

<h3>Henry swims at <em><u>1.6 laps</u></em><em> </em>per minute and Larry swims at <em><u>1.8 laps</u></em><em> </em>per minute. Henry swims at a <u><em>slower </em></u>rate than Larry</h3>

The table is missing though but you may consider the following calculations :

Y = 1.6 x
for x = 1 minutes
 Y = 1.6 laps
for x = 2 minutes
Y = 3.2 laps
for x = 3 minutes
Y = 4.8 laps
