I don’t think it’s a run-on sentence (might be wrong) because it has a subordinate clause and when taken out everything makes sense?
So yeah, I think it isn’t a run-on sentence.

the misspelled words are grabed (grabbed), lisence (license), valu (value), Redouce (reduce), and interveiw (interview). The correct spelling is in the parenthesis. The Police Chief said, "We are trying to reduce crime in the area." "The police need to review their procedures." This is the most I could find for misspellings and punctuation. Hope it helps.
