Human capital designates a factor of production that not only depends on quantity, but also involves the quality, degree, training and productivity of the people involved in the production process. From that use, it is designated the set of human resources owned by a company or economic institution. Human capital is also improved when the degree of skill, experience or training of the people of the place where they work increases.
