1. The reason why stratification is Unavoidable is: Some positions are less important than others.
These positions often do not require any expertise and only took a little time for workers to train. It is unfair if the benefit for the workers to do this job is the same as the people whose job requires a certain expertise and took years to master.

2. What missing from the outline is that even if the job is considered as 'less important' people who held the 'more important' jobs tend to unable to do their job without the work result of people with 'less important job'.
Example: Managers wouldn't be able to maintain operation under the budget if the cashiers do not handle their station properly.

What is the major problem with friedel crafts alkylation?
klemol [59]
Overall transformation : Ar-H to Ar-R

Named after Friedel and Crafts who discovered the reaction in 1877.

Reagent : normally the alkyl halide (e.g. R-Br or R-Cl) with aluminum trichloride, AlCl3, a Lewis acid catalyst.

The AlCl3 enhances the electrophilicity of the alkyl halide by complexing with the halide.

Electrophilic species : the carbocation (i.e. R +) formed by the "removal" of the halide by the Lewis acid catalyst

The reactive electrophile, the carbocation is prone to rearrangement to a more stable carbocation which will then undergo the alkylation reaction.

Friedel-Crafts reactions are limited to arenes as or more reactive than mono-halobenzenes

Other Lewis acids such as BF3, FeCl3 or ZnCl2 can also be used

Other sources of carbocations can also be used:

from loss of water from alcohols treated with acid such as H2SO4

from the protonation of alkenes by acid such as H2SO4

Alkylation products can also be obtained by the reduction of Friedel-Crafts acylation products

Today We are discussing water and our use of water. We know from our discussions with ancient civilizations that communities tha
WINSTONCH [101]
(This is my opinion but it’s an answer) I think water should be free. All people, plants, and animals need water to live and no one should die because they can’t have water, we are just too advanced for that. But with that being said, teaching people the importance of keeping water clean is important too. It should be mandatory for everyone to learn how to keep water clean, and ways to conserve water usage as well. Mother nature gave us water and no one has a right to deprive and capitalize off it. That is evil, greedy and inhuman. Keeping oceans, lakes, and streams is also important, and oil companies are not only destroying the atmosphere while being burned, but destroying the biosphere as well and if we don’t stop some the effects are detrimental and not reversible.

More theories of regulation The capture theory of regulation asserts that: Regulators capture the economic profits of the firms
netineya [11]

Answer: Regulators promote the interests of the firms they regulate.

Explanation: Capture theory of regulation asserts that regulators promote the interest of the firms they regulate. The result is that an agency that are charged with acting in the public interest, instead acts in ways that benefit the industry it is supposed to be regulating. Capture theory of regulation is a theory that explains agency established to regulate an industry for the benefit of society acts in the opposite to promote the benefit of the industry.

Regulatory capture is an economic theory which asserts that regulatory agencies may come to be dominated by the industries or interests they are charged with regulating. The captured agency begins to advance the interests of the industry rather than protecting the consumers. Problems arise when a regulating agency acts in the interests of regulated industry to the detriment of the general public.
