A GCF, Greatest Common Factor, is the expression that could divide all the expressions in the polynomial to yield the lowest value or factor in each expression. An example of which is,

                       27x³ + 9x² + 3x

The given expression above is a trinomial because there are only three terms. The term that would be able to divide all the terms is 3x.

To rewrite the expression, we divide all the terms by 3x
              (27x³ + 9x² + 3x)/(3x)

Factoring out the numerator,
                (3x)(9x² + 3x + 1)

you have been asked to build a scale model of your school out of toothpicks imagine your your school is 30 ft tall your scale is
kykrilka [37]
If your school is 30 feet tall and 1 feet is 1.26 cm, you would multiply 30 and 1.26 to get the height of the scale model which is 37.8 cm. Then, if each toothpick is 6.3 cm, you would take 37.8 and divide it by 6.3 to get the number of toothpicks you need to build the school, which is 6.

The model will be 6 toothpicks tall.

Given: Triangles ABC and DBC are isosceles, m∠BDC = 30°, and m∠ABD = 155°. Find m∠ABC, m∠BAC, and m∠DBC.
just olya [345]
∠BDC=30, so ∠CBD + ∠BCD=180-30=150
ΔDBC is isosceles, so ∠CBD=∠BCD=half of 150=75
∠ABC=∠ABD-∠CBD=155-75=80
ΔABC is isosceles, so ∠ABC=∠ACB=80
∠BAC=180-80-80=20
