British soldiers faced difficulties in convincing Americans to give up their freedom and colonial size were some of the difficulties British soldiers faced during the Revolutionary War that were hard to overcome.

The British were fighting in a strange place, a long way from home, during the American Revolutionary War (the R.W.). Due to logistical issues, it may take months for supplies to reach the battlefield, and this was unavoidable.

It was hard to persuade the Americans to give up their claim to independence, and as the conflict progressed, they encountered increasing opposition.

The British were unable to manage all of the colonies because of their size and unfamiliarity with the geography.
