Answer:

The Ottoman Empire was founded circa 1299 by Osman I as a small beylik in northwestern Asia Minor just south of the Byzantine capital Constantinople. The Ottomans first crossed into Europe in 1352, establishing a permanent settlement at Çimpe Castle on the Dardanelles in 1354 and moving their capital to Edirne (Adrianople) in 1369. At the same time, the numerous small Turkic states in Asia Minor were assimilated into the budding Ottoman sultanate through conquest or declarations of allegiance

Why are popular sovereignty and federalism important to the constitution
neonofarm [45]

Popular sovereignty and federalism are important to the constitution because they both say that the people give the government its authority. This principal was important because they wanted the government to be subject to the law not above it.

We understand popular sovereignty as the concept in which political power rests with the people who can create, alter and abolish government. People express themselves through voting and free participation in government.

And federalism stands for the sharing of power between federal and state government.
