Streams that flow beneath melting glaciers leave long ridges of layered sediments, known as Esker. Eskers are formed within ice-walled tunnels by streams which flowed within and under glaciers. They tended to form around the time of the glacial maximum when the glacier was slow and sluggish and after the retaining ice walls melted away, stream deposits remained as long winding ridges.
DNA makes up our chromosomes. Chromosomes have many gene and these genes code for specific traits, like freckles, eye color, height, and even gender. The girls' mother had the gene(s) for freckles. When their mother and father reproduced and had children, the gene for freckles was passed to the girls through their mother's eggs. . They might not have received the gene for freckles. In this case, they did.
Both of the Hibiscus plants have different colors, when mixing both the blue and yellow gene the younger plants combined the genes and make the color green.
