typically your being waitlisted in college, it just means you have to wait a little longer then other college applications

Being waitlisted is unlike being deferred; the college has finished reviewing your file and made a decision to put you on a waiting list for admission. Being on a waitlist typically means that you are placed within a “holding pattern” of sorts. The admissions committee may or may not admit students from the waitlist.

If, a scientist somehow negatively displayed a certain aspect/behavior of politics, a lot of people will see that as an attack to their value/principle, which will lead to public attacks toward that scientist. Because of this, many scientists are cautious about this topic
