She would be able to make 4 chocolate chip truffles.
I got my answer because, it takes 2 cups of chocolate chips to make 1 truffle and it takes 1 cup of cream but she has plenty cream.<span />

4 because she has plenty of cream so you just have to find the dark chocolate and it requires 2 cups and she has 8 so you do 8 divided by 2 and get 4. Hope this helped:))
