A whole economy can be judged just like an individual, based on the way how resources are allocated, or more simply how money <em>(the representation of value, work and energy)</em> as a resource is spent, with a resource being whatever is used to produce and obtain goods and services. Thus <em>allocation of resources</em> must occur so that person can buy that stereo ystem.
