Obviously, everybody has different skill sets. The goal of this lesson is not to become an Olympic volleyball player. Instead, i

t is to learn/improve some basic volleyball skills. For this assessment, you should experiment with your passing, serving, and setting. (Perhaps the local YMCA has pick-up volleyball games in which you could participate.) After you have practiced each of these three skills, respond to the following questions in writing, for each of the three skills. Your essay should be at least 200 words. What did you find most challenging about mastering this skill? Why? What did you find easiest about mastering this skill? Why?

To some, volleyball can be a challenging sport. To others, its the easiest. There are three skills to volleyball. Passing, serving, and setting. researchers say if you find a flat and high wall to practice against, you'll become better. You can pass, serve, and set it yourself (the wall). The wall will work as an opponet except much easier. A volleyball pass is a done with the objective to move the ball to a teammate called a setter. Different type of passes include the following: Knee Drop Passing Technique, The Forearm Pass, Forearm Volleyball, and the Overhead Passing. For competitive volleyball, there are three main types of overhand serves: the floater, the topspin, and the jump serve. After the serve, each team tries to send the ball onto the other side of the court. A team may touch the ball no more than three times. The same player can't touch the ball twice in a row. Once somebody on the other team touches the ball, you get three more tries to put it over the net and in. The changing of the game of volleyball has led to confusion among players, refs, coaches and especially spectators. A Set and a Match - The new terms in volleyball are a set is 25 points and it takes 2 or 3 sets to win a match. Usually the deciding set of a match is 15 points.

Hey there Brainly user,

This assignment isn’t really one we can personally help on because it is asking for what YOU learned and what YOU found most challenging about the lesson.

I can give you some tips though.

When writing about what you found most challenging and least challenging, make sure to explain why because it vary from each person. Some people may find it harder to spike than someone else. So be sure to use a lot of detail to explain your reasoning.

Hope this helps you
