When I resolve a problem at work I expect the solution to be very doable.

The statement ask you whether you agree or disagree. The meaning is related to how engaged you would be as an employee in the workplace and to what level you would work in finding and resolving problems in the work place. Problems at work, do not always have easy or "doable" solutions. So answering "yes" to this questions during the interview process, would indicate to an employer you "take the easy way out" or prefer to avoid serious responsibility.<span />
